All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Philadelphia fulfillment center.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

    – Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    – Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    – Carrier: EMS
    – Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. Some Asian regions and remote areas may experience extended delivery times or shipping restrictions.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every purchase from our collection of boots, coats, dresses, and footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward return process ensures resolution with the efficiency of our express shipping.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging (shoe boxes should be undamaged)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Limited edition designer collaborations
  • Personalized or customized footwear
  • Items purchased during special promotions

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:

  • US Customers: USPS Priority Mail with tracking
  • International Customers: DHL or FedEx International Economy

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:
